They had the lowest price I could find online for floor mats using google shopping. Ordered without submitting the VIN and after submitting saw the banner stating "VIN required". So I called them and the guy in parts department got the order processed without the VIN. He said it was a good thing that I called or otherwise the order would've sat unfilled. The mats arrived pretty quickly by FedEx.

I made an appointment to see a Volvo S60. Maurizio at SB Lexus was on time, and the car was ready for me to test drive. He was very polite. A high-end dealership with a good staff and inventory. We bought a used Mercedes Benz E400 for top used-car price, but had low mileage so we were happy with the deal, and the sales staff. HOWEVER, their F&I man was very pushy and borderline annoying. We PAID CASH and had no use for his spiel. One of the "features" this dealership promotes is installing each of their vehicles with a theft tracking device, whether you want it or not (no extra cost). The services the dealer recommended weren’t unreasonable. Unfortunately, a Lexus dealership is not Lexus. They just sell the cars and try to squeeze the customer for every penny like any other dealer.

Went by accident, but the courtesy and response, so much better than I expected. I will definitely come back when looking for my next car...

Purchase was good. Post support was terrible. Dealership did not disclose KNOWN issue with vehicle and has not offered an acceptable resolution. Communication has been bad/absent. Issue went up to General Manager without resolution. Dealership could have easily and inexpensively fixed the issue, but GM would rather save a nickel than have a life-long customer. Very disappointed in what started out as a great experience.

I am so impressed with the enthusiasm and knowledge of the sales man named Corey. He has extensive product knowledge of my new Lexus and goes the extra mile to take care of his customers. If you’re in the market to buy a Lexus, I highly recommend Corey. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

My side mirror got destroyed by a bird flying into it. Sb Lexus ordered the new mirror and had it done as soon as insurance adjuster checked it out. Hugo is the best!

Every experience I have had with Santa Barbara Lexus has been positive. They are friendly and professional and really go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. My price for a used RX hybrid was very fair, service from Farrell was great, he kept in touch and let me know when a car came in that I had asked about. Signing documents was easy with the on line “ sign on the desk top glass” function. Car was in beautiful shape when delivered to me. All in all, a very good experience. It still took 3.5 hours including a nice test drive, and evaluating my car for trade in value.

Great low pressure experience. Aaron Vazquez was very communicative, and clear. We drove up from Los Angeles, and everything we discussed was as expected and the car was being detailed as we sat down to sign documents. An hour and a half, from arriving to leaving with our car. Amazing. The whole team was great!



Very pleased with many things - work well done on vehicle, quick ride in the morning got me to work on time, Chris offered to have Fernando take care of some scratches on both front doors. The only thing I wish is that they would restore the settings when finished working on my car to how they were set. It is always a challenge for me to try and get the settings back to how they were showing odometer (not trip A or B), miles per gallon, and remaining fuel. Overall great.
