This dealership had very nice employees, very professional and had all of my documents ready. Car buying is very stressful and no one wants to be at a dealership longer than what they need to be and I like that I felt like I was in and out. I had driven 3 and 1/2 hours to see a car and I had the best experience at this dealership. My next car will be from Lexus dealership of Santa Barbara.

They were professional, quick, accommodating and respectful Ren was very patient and taught me how to use the dashboard and other components to the car.
I had been having problems with the software on my Lexus screen. I booked an appointment and was told that there was an update that should fix the problem. Even though they kept my car overnight, they gave me a loaner, it was worth it to get my screen and software fixed. Martin was an EXCELLENT service provider.

I was very happy. Firstly Juan and Robin helped me out greatly on Sunday and tey were very very nice. Martin and Ribert ,Nicolle from service gave me a warm greeting and no problems when I brought the car in Monday morning. The service as usual was excellent. What I don’t understand is why a battery failed in the first place in a car that I bought new 16 months ago. Usually I never ever have had a problem on a Lexus!
I had an overall good experience. I felt when I was trying to explain a road mishap I had in my car the intake tech didn't really want to hear it. Didn't ask me more about it or suggest to have it looked at. He was more interested in selling me an oil change packet. He was nice though.
I live over an hour away and they accommodated me after delivery giving me a rental and then coming and swapping cars. Excellent customer service.

Fantastic experience at SB dealership. Service dept is so stellar from moment of arrival to driving away after service is complete. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the communication regarding my recent 35k-mile service appointment.
When I scheduled the routine service, I was informed the vehicle would be ready in the afternoon. That’s always been the case on previous service visits . Later that afternoon, received a call stating that a software update was required, but was not given an updated completion time. I called the following morning. It was only then that I was informed that my vehicle was ready for pickup. The lack of proactive communication caused significant inconvenience. I hope this feedback can improve your service ... It started with an on-line search that led us to Ren, our very attentive and responsive salesperson. I kept him informed of our thoughts and processes and he was quick to answer each and every question we had. Ren offered alternatives when we came to stumbling blocks on our part. Because of the service received from Ren and Lexus of Santa Barbara, we are driving a new RX350H and thrilled to be doing so.

The service at Lexus Santa Barbara is ALWAYS superior. I've been going there for 6 years and Chris Williams or Jimi Tu take really good care of whatever my service needs are. If it takes a few days, I will be loaned a late model Lexus until the work gets done. We are fortunate to have such a service department for our Lexus vehicles in Santa Barbara.
Martin was an excellent service advisor. I was able to talk to the actual mechanic about my repeated concerns and felt reassured after talking to him. I think his name was Milo. I was told that a vendor would be there on Tuesday to fix my tape guard so I made the appointment for Tuesday .. He wasn’t there but Cynthia offered me a loaner and she would get it fixed and drive my car back to me. I live 90 mikes away. I decided to bring the car back but appreciated her concern.

I was very pleased with the dealership and especially Emily Lopez. She was very knowledgeable and not the typical pushy sales person. We had to special order a RX450 and she kept me updated regularly about the status of delivery.
